Orders are processed from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (eastern standard time). Processing
can take 2 to 4 days - especially during the holidays. |
| Custom Orders |
All custom orders are final -- no refunds no exchanges. |

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and money orders.

Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays

We only ship within the U.S.A.
Items normally ship within 2 business days of processing. Please see our RUSH ORDER Information page for faster processing. Custom orders and embroidered items can take a few days longer depending upon the size and the quantity.
If paying by check, the order will be shipped once the check clears, this can take from 10 to 14 days.

During the holidays, please allow a few extra days for shipment.

Shipping Costs |
Flat rate Priority Mail - $6.00
No matter how many items you order, the shipping cost is only $6.00.
If you would like to pick up your items instead of having them shipped - just let us know.

Refund Policy |
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason:
- we will refund the purchase price
- if the product is defective or we have made an error, we will refund your original shipping cost. If the product is not defective or we have not made a mistake, cost of shipping to you is non-refundable.
- no questions asked
- item must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- item must be in new and unused condition
Custom Orders, Sale/Clearance Items, Rush Order Fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for:
- original shipping charges
- return postage
- email us and let us know you are returning the item
- for your protection, please use delivery confirmation
