Orders are processed from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (eastern standard time). Processing can take 2 to 4 days - especially during the holidays.

Custom orders and embroidered items can take a few days longer depending upon the size and the quantity.
If paying by check, the order will be shipped once the check clears, this can take from 10 to 14 days.
Please make sure you have the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you mistype the address, or give an incorrect delivery address and the package is returned to us, we will reship to the correct address for an extra shipping fee.

No matter how many items you order, the shipping cost is only $7.00.
Order a minimum of $75 and get FREE shipping.
If you would like to pick up your items instead of having them shipped - just let us know.
Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason:
we will refund the purchase price
if the product is defective or we have made an error, we will refund your original shipping cost. If the product is not defective or we have not made a mistake, cost of shipping to you is non-refundable.
