Items ship within 2 business days of processing. Custom orders and embroidered items can take a few days longer depending upon the size and the quantity.
If paying by check, the order will be shipped once the check clears, this can take from 10 to 14 days.

No matter how many items you order, the shipping cost is only $5.00.
If you would like to pick up your items instead of having them shipped - just let us know.

Refund Policy |
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason:
- we will refund the purchase price
- no questions asked
- item must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- item must be in new and unused condition
Custom Orders, Sale/Clearance Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless we have made a mistake.
Buyer is responsible for:
- return postage
- email us and let us know you are returning the item
- for your protection, please use delivery confirmation
