Credit CardsIs it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, it is very safe to order online. When you enter your credit card number, the connection is encrypted with high-grade encryption (AES-256 256bit) which means the page is encrypted before being transmitted over the internet.
Encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorized people to view information traveling between computers.
ApronsWhat size are your aprons?
Our waist aprons range from 27" wide to 30" wide depending on the towel and approximately 19" long.
Bib aprons also range from 27" wide to 30" wide depending on the towel and approximately 35" long.
What colors do your aprons come in?
We currently offer our aprons in Yellow, Green Frond, Dark Blue, Coral Salmon, Blue Aquamarine, White and Cranberry.
What are your aprons made from?
Our aprons are made from bath towels and therefore, very absorbent. Please note - these aprons will be heavier than your normal cotton aprons.
Gift CertificatesDo you have gift certificates?
Yes we do. Our gift certificates come in $10, $20 and $25 denominations.
They are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can be redeemed for merchandise, products, and embroidery services.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
You have the option of having the gift certificate mailed to you or you can have it emailed to you.
How do I redeem my gift certificate?
Each gift certificate has a unique number associated with it. Once you select the product you wish to purchase, you will enter this number in the Gift Voucher box on the order form and then click on recalculate.
The difference between the gift certificate amount and the cost of the product can then be paid by using your credit card.

Yes, you can reach us at 386-938-2441 Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. After hours and on weekends, please leave a message.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and money orders.
What if I want a design other than what you have pictured?
Special orders and custom orders are always welcomed. If you have a design in mind, please contact us. We may just have the design you want - if not - we will work with you to achieve the final design you are looking for.
Please Note: All embroidery designs are custom-embroidered when ordered, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Do you have a rush order option?
Yes we do. You will find our prices on our Rush Order Information page. Please NOTE: rush order fees are non-refundable.
Order processing can take 2 to 4 days - especially during the holidays.
We process orders from Monday through Friday (10:00 am to 5:00 pm, eastern standard time).
If you need your order processed sooner than our turn-around time, consider using our RUSH ORDER option.
Our RUSH ORDER option allows your order to be processed when we receive it, instead of the normal turn-around time.
Once we have processed your order, we will begin working on it.
RUSH ORDER processing does NOT mean rush shipping - it means your order will be processed when received, putting your order ahead of non-rush orders, resulting in you receiving your order quicker.
Please keep in mind that embroidery and custom work will take longer to create depending on the design and quantity ordered.
Returns/RefundsWhat is your return/refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason:
- we will refund the purchase price
- if the product is defective or we have made an error, we will refund your original shipping cost. If the product is not defective or we have not made a mistake, cost of shipping to you is non-refundable.
- no questions asked
- item must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- item must be in new and unused condition
Custom Orders (All embroidery designs are custom-embroidered when ordered, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable), Sale/Clearance Items, Rush Order Fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for:
- original shipping charges
- return postage
- email us and let us know you are returning the item
- for your protection, please use delivery confirmation
ShippingWhen will my order ship?
Orders are processed from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (eastern standard time). Processing can take 2 to 4 days - especially during the holidays.
Items normally ship within 2 business days of processing. Custom orders and embroidered items can take a few days longer depending upon the size and the quantity.
If you need your order sooner, please consider our RUSH ORDER processing.
If paying by check, the order will be shipped once the check clears, this can take from 10 to 14 days. We only ship within the U.S.A.
I entered an incorrect delivery address - what can I do?
Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you mistype the address, or
give an incorrect delivery address and the package is returned to us, we will reship to the correct address for an extra shipping fee.
What are you shipping fees?
We ship by Priority Mail for a flat fee of $7.00 - no matter how many items you order.
We do not offer rush shipments.
In the event of a return, all original shipping fees are non-refundable. We have fulfilled our responsibility by shipping your item to you.
Rush Order fees are also non-refundable.
